Hand in Hand Farmer Producer Society is a community-focused organization dedicated to strengthening rural livelihoods and empowering local communities. Founded by Mr. Anandababu, the society was established with a clear vision to uplift farmers, women, and rural families through sustainable economic opportunities.
Under the dynamic leadership of Project Director Mrs. Prabha, the society operates with transparency, efficiency, and a strong commitment to continuous development. Our initiatives are designed to promote self-reliance, financial stability, and inclusive growth across rural regions.
Hand in Hand Farmer Producer Society actively implements microfinance programs with over 500 active members. We provide financial support and small loans to help families improve their income, manage livelihood needs, and achieve financial stability. Our microfinance initiatives also support income-generation activities that strengthen the overall economic resilience of the community.
The society is currently engaged in country chicken farming with around 200 chickens. As part of our expansion plan, we aim to scale this activity to 4,000 chickens in the near future, creating additional income opportunities for rural households.
We encourage dairy development by organizing milk collection, supporting dairy farmers, and ensuring fair pricing.
At present, the society operates 18 milk stores, ensuring a consistent supply of quality milk to the community. Along with milk collection and distribution, we actively support dairy farmers by providing cow feed supply and dairy loans.
As part of our growth plan, we aim to open 10 additional milk stores, further strengthening the dairy ecosystem and improving farmers’ livelihoods.
Hand in Hand Farmer Producer Society supports Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to empower rural women and families through collective strength and financial inclusion. SHGs promote regular savings, responsible credit practices, and mutual support.
We guide members in financial literacy, group management, and income-generation activities, helping women build confidence, leadership, and sustainable livelihoods for long-term community development.
